These terms cover the Medloop Coder NHS login registration service provided by Medloop Ltd, a UK company with registration number 11380035. They apply to this website and registration flow.

About this service

This is an NHS login Assurance test service. Use only the supplied NHS test accounts and test information. Do not enter live patient data. It lets you sign in through NHS login, review the information NHS login shares and complete Medloop registration.

The dashboard also contains a clearly labelled sample patient record. It is fictional, is not your medical record and must not be used for clinical decisions. This service does not currently provide clinical care, retrieve GP records, book appointments, issue prescriptions or send messages to your GP.

Signing in and registering

NHS login is the sign-in method for this service. Your NHS login credentials and identity checks are managed by NHS login and are subject to NHS login’s Terms & Conditions. Medloop does not ask you to create a separate password here.

Before continuing, read our Privacy Policy. After NHS login returns, you must review the Consent Declaration and accept these terms to complete registration. You can decline and leave without completing registration.

Registration is remembered in this browser for up to 30 days. Your signed-in session lasts up to 30 minutes. Another browser, expired or cleared cookies, or updated agreements may require registration again. Signing out does not delete your NHS login account.

Your responsibilities

Use only accounts you are authorised to use. Keep your NHS login details private and sign out on shared devices. Do not try to access someone else’s information, bypass security controls or interfere with the service.

If NHS login details shown here need correcting, use NHS login settings. If you choose to share information with a named partner, check that it is the service you intended to use. Sharing with a partner is a separate choice after registration.

Information and availability

NHS login provides identity information, not clinical advice. Do not rely on this test service for diagnosis, treatment, urgent care or access to your medical records. Contact your usual healthcare provider for care; in a medical emergency call 999.

This test service may change or be unavailable during testing. Do not use it as the sole place to keep information you need. A completed test registration does not register you with a GP practice or guarantee access to another Medloop service.

Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains how this registration flow handles your information. NHS login and any partner you choose to share with have their own privacy notices and terms. These Medloop terms do not replace them.

Changes and contact

We show the update date at the top of these terms. If the required registration agreements change, you will be asked to review and accept them again before continuing.
